The archive of Dr Stephan Neff

Neff Inspiration has had several lives.

It began with my own recovery from alcohol addiction and My Steps to Sobriety. It grew into hundreds of conversations about recovery, mental health, resilience, medicine and what happens when life doesn't quite go according to plan.

My life and my work have moved on again.

Today I practise functional and integrative medicine in New Zealand, with a growing focus on integrative cancer care. My podcast and YouTube work are also evolving to reflect that.

I have decided not to erase what came before. There are hundreds of interviews, articles and conversations here, and they remain part of my story.

So Neff Inspiration is becoming an archive.

A place for the conversations that brought me here, while my current work continues elsewhere.

Life changes. So do we.

Thankfully, I am still curious.
