Coaching & Mentoring for Women
Guided by Insight. Empowered by You.
As a man who has walked through fireāthrough loss, reinvention, and deep self-inquiryāI understand how delicate, complex, and courageous the journey of self-discovery can be. I also understand that, as a man, offering coaching to women is a privilegeānot a position of authority, but one of deep responsibility.
I donāt pretend to know what itās like to be a woman.
But I do know what it’s like to be human.
To feel unseen. To want more. To sense there’s something powerful inside that hasn’t yet found its voice.
With years of training in emotional intelligence, trauma-informed care, and transformational coaching, I offer something rare:
A space where your story is heard without judgment, where your voice leads the journey, and where you rediscover the self you might have forgotten in the noise of life.

Whether you’re navigating a life transition, craving emotional clarity, or yearning to reconnect with your purpose, this coaching container is designed to:
Help you rediscover who you are beneath the roles, the to-do lists, and the expectations.
Clarify what truly matters, so your goals align with your deeper selfānot just your daily pressures.
Reignite self-worth and emotional resilience, not through clichƩs, but through real, embodied practice.
Ā Create space for softness and strength, without apology.
Have honest, heart-centered conversations that challenge and support you in equal measure.
You may wonder: “What can a man know about a womanās inner world?”
Fair question.
The truth is, many women have never had the experience of being truly heard by a manāwithout interruption, without agenda, without fixing. This coaching space is different. Itās built on emotional fluency, active listening, and a deep reverence for your autonomy.
Sometimes, healing comes not from someone whoās lived the same life as youābut from someone who sees you clearly, holds space without judgment, and walks beside you as an equal.

Who Is This For?
Thereās strength in surrenderānot giving up, but opening up. Even the most radiant, capable women thrive when they have someone in their corner. A coach doesn’t lead you away from yourselfāshe walks with you as you return home to your truth.
This is a space to unravel, reflect, and rebuild your life with intention.
You donāt need rescuing.
You need a safe space, a soul-aligned path, and a guide who helps you remember the woman you were always meant to be.

š§ Who Is Dr. Stephan Neff Today?
Coach, Mentor, or Doctor?

Knowing Which Hat Iām Wearing MattersāA Lot
Would you ask your electrician to perform a rectal exam?
Would you hire your hairdresser to build a suspension bridge?
Would you trust your dog groomer to file your taxes?
No? Greatāweāre off to a good start.
It might sound silly, but in the world of helping professions, itās surprisingly easy to blur the lines. I wear a few hats in my workācoach, mentor, functional medicine doctorāand I take each role seriously. Thatās why I want to be clear with you right from the start: what I do in each role is different, and I donāt mix them.
A Quick Intro to My Three Roles
Iām a trained and experienced:
š Coach ā I help you take action and get unstuck
š§ Mentor ā I share life lessons and wisdom from my own journey
𩺠Doctor (Functional Medicine + Hyperbaric Physician) ā I treat health issues at their root cause
Each role has its own boundaries, tools, and purpose. And when we work together, Iām always wearing only one hat at a timeāso you know exactly what youāre getting, and more importantly, what youāre not getting.
When Iām Your Coach
As your coach, Iām your sounding board, your guide, and sometimes your kick-in-the-pants accountability partner.
I help you:
-
Set goals
-
Clear mental roadblocks
-
Build new habits
-
Stay on track
-
Move forward with clarity and purpose
But hereās what I donāt do as your coach:
-
Diagnose or treat health conditions
-
Give you medical advice
-
Offer therapeutic counselling
If you ask me about your thyroid function or whether you should quit gluten, Iāll smile and remind you, āToday, Iām your coach. Not your doctor.ā
When Iām Your Mentor
As a mentor, I show up with my experienceānot my certificates.
This is where I say, āIāve been where you are, and hereās what I learned.ā I may share stories from my own life, career, recovery, parenting, or navigating the dark nights of the soul. Itās more personal, more story-based, and often very real.
But when Iām mentoring, Iām not:
-
Coaching you toward a goal
-
Creating structured plans or accountability
-
Diagnosing or treating anything
Mentoring is a cup of tea and a chat about the road aheadāwith the benefit of my bumps, bruises, and breakthroughs along the way.
When Iām Your Doctor
When Iām in my functional medicine or medical doctor role, everything shifts.
Here, I:
-
Take detailed medical histories
-
Order and interpret labs
-
Identify root causes of health issues
-
Create treatment plans
-
Prescribe where appropriate
In this role, Iām trained, licensed, and insured to address your physical health concerns. That includes nutrition, hormones, toxins, and more.
But as your doctor, Iām not your coach or mentor.
-
I wonāt hold you accountable to a morning routine
-
I wonāt dive deep into your personal growth goals
-
I wonāt share my own stories unless theyāre clinically relevant
When Iām acting as your doctor, your safety and medical care come first.
Why the Boundaries Matter
You deserve to know exactly what kind of support youāre receiving. Mixing roles muddies the waterāand itās not helpful to you, no matter how good my intentions might be.
So I make this promise to you:
ā
When Iām your coach, I wonāt diagnose or prescribe
ā
When Iām your doctor, I wonāt coach or mentor
ā
When Iām your mentor, Iāll offer personal insights, not clinical advice or coaching strategies
This keeps our work clean, ethical, and effective.
Choosing the Right Path
You might be ready for coaching if:
-
Youāre stuck in a rut
-
You want to grow, shift, or change direction
-
Youāre emotionally stable but unmotivated or unclear
-
You want someone to challenge and support you
You might benefit from mentorship if:
-
You want perspective from someone whoās walked the road before you
-
Youāre looking for encouragement and real talk
-
You want guidance, not a structured plan
Youāll need my medical hat on if:
-
Youāre dealing with chronic health issues
-
You want root-cause medical testing
-
You need someone to help you understand your body on a cellular level
Final Thoughts
The truth is: Iām not your one-size-fits-all solutionāand thatās a good thing.
When we work together, Iāll always make it clear which role Iām in. I do this to keep you safe, supported, and getting exactly what you came forāwithout confusion, overstepping, or unhelpful crossover.
So no, I wonāt be doing a rectal exam while we talk about your self-worth goals. (Letās never make that a thing.)
But I will bring my full presence, expertise, and compassion to the role you chooseāso we can create real, lasting change together.
