Gabrielle Bovard is a storyteller, advocate for authenticity, and the author of the upcoming memoir, “Waiting Room.” She’s also the founder of the nationally recognized movement, Random Note Project, which she started when she was just 14 years old.
After a major diagnosis and an unexpected breakup, Gabrielle needed mental health care. Instead of being met with compassion and urgency, she was told that the next available mental health professional was eight hours away and their next opening was in five months. She couldn’t wait that long, so she packed up her car and traveled around the United States asking strangers one question: “How do you cope without access to care?”
With her unique blend of vulnerability and wisdom, Gabrielle empowers audiences to embrace authenticity, foster meaningful connections, and begin to heal.
