  3. Exercise Regularly: While sweating during exercise won’t get rid of all your toxins, staying active is still great for your health.   4. Consider Chelation Therapy: If you’re worried about heavy metal poisoning (like from lead or mercury), you can talk to a doctor about chelation therapy. It’s a medical treatment that helps remove heavy metals from the body. This is much more effective than hoping your sweat will do the job.
